What is the promotion?
At Walkers we believe there is such a thing as a free lunch. That’s why every day we are offering you the chance to win 1 of 120 free lunches, plus one lucky person will win their lunch on us for a whole year.
What is the Prize and how many winners will there be?
Instant Win: There are a total of 8,470 prizes available to be won during the instant win promotional period. There will be 120 x free lunches every day to be won in the form of a £5 retailer eGift card. Cash alternative where eGift card not available or cash equivalent in Euros for ROI winners. Plus, 1 x free lunch for a year to be won every day as a cash prize of £1,825 or Euro equivalent for ROI winners.
Wrap Up Draw: 50 winners will each win a free lunch worth £5 that shall be delivered in the form of £5 cash or € equivalent for ROI winners. These winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries receieved during the Wrap Up Draw period.
When is the promotion running?
The promotion is running from 00:00 20th January 2025 until 23:59 30th March 2025.
There will also be a a Wrap Up Draw from 00:00 on 31st March 2025 and 23:59 on 30th June 2025.

How will I know If I have won?
Instant win: Winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen. Winners will receive an email with unique claim link directing them to a claim website. On completing the claim form winners will receive either:
- An email with the eGift card details from the winner’s preferred retailer containing information on usage and instructions of use.
- Or, in the event that the winner’s preferred retailer does not offer a £5 eGift card (or they are an ROI winner), they will be paid their cash prize to the bank account provided in the claim form.
Wrap Up Draw: The provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the Wrap Up Draw winner selection. Winners must provide evidence of identity and eligibility within 14 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
Once winners have been verified they will be sent an email with further instructions and a unique link to the claim form.
If I win, how long will I have to claim my prize?
If you’re a winner, congratulations!
Instant win: All instant win prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the date of win. After 3 months of the date of win, the cash prize will be forfeited.
Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 days from date of claim.
Wrap Up Draw: You will have 14 days from initial contact to follow the instructions in the confirmation email.
I have not received my email within 48 hours of my win. Who do I contact?
We’re sorry to hear that. First of all please check your spam/junk folder as it may well have ended up there. If not, please contact walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com and we will look into it.
Question 8: I have not receieved my prize, who should I contact?
Instant win: eGift vouchers prizes will be sent by email shortly after completing the claim form. If you do not receive your email, please contact walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com and we will look into it.
Cash prizes will usually be delivered within 5 days from the date of claim (i.e. the date you submit your claim form) but in the unlikely event that a cash prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of the winner claiming their prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com.
Wrap Up Draw: Your prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com.
There is a problem with my eGift card. Who do I contact?

How can I enter?
To enter just follow these steps:
- Purchase a promotional pack of Walkers.
- Scan the QR code on back of pack with your mobile camera or go to www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/walkers/freelunch.
- Sign into your account, or register for an account, and enter your unique code beginning with P from your promotional pack which can be found in the Best Before box.
- Find out instantly if you’ve won a free lunch or free lunch for a year. Winners will receive an email to claim their prize.
Do I need to purchase a pack of Walkers to take part?
Yes. This is a purchase necessary promotion for all parts of the UK and ROI.
Where can I find my pack code?
The pack code can be found in the Best Before box on the back of the crisp packet. Codes start with P.
How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?
You have to be 18+ to participate in the promotion.
How many times can I enter the promotion?
You may enter twice a day. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per person.
Can I win multiple times?
No. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per person.
I have missed the closing date of the instant win promotion but still have a promotional pack. Can I still participate in the promotion?
If you’ve missed the closing date you can still participate in our Wrap Up Draw! The Wrap Up Draw will run from 00:00 on 31st March 2025 and 23:59 on 30th June 2025.

You can enter the Wrap Up Draw between 00:00 on 31st March 2025 and 23:59 on 30th June 2025. To enter the Wrap Up Draw, follow these steps:
